All the movers and shakers of the new home industry are headed to Orlando, Florida in early February for this year’s International Builders’ Show. The event is back to being held in person after a successful virtual show in 2021.
There will be countless booths and sessions to choose from over the three-day event, so attendees are sure to leave with plenty of new knowledge and connections. With so many to choose from, we want to make sure UTour is as easy to find as possible each day.
That's why we’re sharing all of our details ahead of time, to allow you to pre-plan and add UTour to your itinerary. You can find us in a few different places over the course of the event, including at our booth and presenting at select information sessions. Here’s everything we know — we hope to see you there!

This is where we’ll be most consistently over the course of three days. While you’re at the UTour booth you’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with UTour team members.
If you want to chat one-on-one or get any questions answered, this is the perfect place to visit. The best part? The UTour booth will be available any time you want to swing by. Just head to the Home Technology Solutions Pavilion, sponsored by CEDIA.
Educational Session
Looking to learn more about digital strategy? Our CEO, Tom Nelson, will be presenting at an educational session alongside Bassam Salem of AtlasRTX. They will share a clear, step-by-step framework that can help you implement within your own organization to deliver customer-centric, real-time experiences to your prospective home buyers.
This knowledge session topic is “Self-Guided Tours, AI & Automation: A 5-Step Tech Framework for Efficiently Managing High-Volume Leads.” It will be held on Tuesday, February 8 from 1:45 to 2:45PM at Orange County Convention Center room W113-A.
Booth Session
The learning doesn’t stop there, we’re also partnering with Karyn Bonder, VP of Zonda, to hold a short, 30-minute session on “Marketing Tactics that Make an Impact.” If both UTour and Zonda were on your list, this is a great way to see both and get additional insights from industry experts.
