UTour Data and Content Requirements
This form allows you to enter your initial onboarding content including builder information, division details (if applicable) and User Access Levels.
User Access Levels - Assignments
This spreadsheet is required to list all Builder team members who should have access to, or receive notifications from, UTour’s Builder Portal. It also identifies the desired access level for each team member.
UTour Q&A Content Template(if applicable)
This spreadsheet template allows you to review the default AI-powered voice and chatbot content and customize as necessary to version the content for your communities and homes.
Visitor Access Agreement
This document is our standard default language regarding the terms and conditions that a visitor must agree to when scheduling a tour. Please have your legal teams review and edit as necessary per your business, insurance and legal requirements.
Initial Setup & Testing
UTour will create the Builder’s account within the UTour platform and integrate all supplied data and content into the portal. Beta testing will occur to test all functionality using the provided data.
Hardware Delivery
UTour will deliver the required hardware to the mutually agreed upon location/parties. Installation instructions will be provided including “how to” installation video links.
Onboarding & Training
Session 1
The first session will demonstrate the tour scheduling experience for your home shoppers as well as addressing the technical requirements for integration with the Builder's website. We also cover all provided marketing templates, content and best practices on promoting self-guided home tours.
Session 1 Recommended Attendees:
We recommend inviting your marketing and website teams (IT if necessary), executive-level sales managers and, if desired, online sales counselors (OSC).
Onboarding & Training
Session 2
The second training session will demonstrate the features of UTour’s Builder Dashboard, including content management for all home data, voice content, visitor usage reports and platform user access management for users who will have Builder, Division or Community Administrator access privileges.
Session 2 Recommended Attendees:
We recommend inviting your team members who will be given Builder, Division or Community Administrator access privileges to manage the platform.
Onboarding & Training
Session 3
The third training session will provide an overview to the sales team of the home shopper experience, the automated notifications they will receive, and tips/tricks/best practices for expected tour scenarios from home shoppers.
Session 3 Recommended Attendees:
We recommend inviting your marketing team, executive-level sales managers and community sales staff to this training.
Onboarding & Training
Session 4 (Voice Only)
The fourth training session is only required if you are utilizing the AI-powered voice or chatbot features as part of your self-guided tours program. We will demonstrate the content management features for all questions and answer content within UTour’s Builder Dashboard and provide tips/tricks/best practices for a voice experience with Amazon Alexa and/or the text experience via TourRTX, our in-home chatbot.

We recommend inviting your marketing team, executive-level sales managers and community sales staff to this training.
